Job summary

PharmaACE is seeking a Senior Analyst/Consultant/Sr. Consultant, Forecasting to develop and deliver forecasts and business insights for PharmaACE’s clients at a major pharmaceutical company.

You will own forecasting models, synthesize inputs from cross-functional teams, and present results to senior stakeholders in a clear, actionable way. The role requires strong quantitative and qualitative thinking, collaboration, and the ability to manage complex projects on-site, often coordinating with

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences or related field required; Master’s Degree in Life Sciences/Pharmacy/Health care preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in consultative forecasting within pharma or life sciences.
• 1–3 years of experience in the US market preferred.
• Strategic thinking, collaboration and strong communication skills required.
• Strong presentation and project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience developing Excel-based forecast models.
• Experience working with epidemiology data sources.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a full-time consultant on an on-site forecasting engagement with a major Pharmaceutical company.
• Develop short and long-term forecasts based on inputs from cross-functional teams.
• Engage in and lead discussions with Global or Regional Commercial teams to align on business priorities and plans.
• Develop and deliver analysis that addresses key business questions, generate insights, and provide recommendations for client stakeholders.
• Expertly interpret and present results to key stakeholders.
• Manage and prioritize complex projects, as well as work independently when necessary.
