Medix is seeking Manufacturing Technicians to support filling and formulation for sterile injectable production in Nashville. The role involves preparing formulations, operating automated filling equipment, sterilizing equipment, and inspecting packaging to ensure quality and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in a technical field or bachelor's degree in biological sciences, chemistry, or engineering preferred.
• GMP and GDP understanding.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs and batch records.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with technical documentation.
• Effective verbal and written communication; reliable attendance for shifts.

Aufgaben

• Weigh, measure, dispense, and mix raw materials per batch records.
• Assist with setting up and operating automated filling lines for vials, IV bags, and syringes.
• Operate production equipment including mixers, tanks, pumps, and formulation/filtration equipment.
• Prepare, sanitize, and transfer materials into production areas using aseptic handling.
• Load and unload autoclaves and terminal sterilizers.
• Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of rooms, equipment and work areas.
• Follow aseptic practices in cleanrooms and controlled areas.
• Document batch records and deviations per GMP.
