Job summary

Pharma Logistics is seeking a Field Service Representative I to provide reverse pharmaceutical services to customers within the assigned territory. The role involves servicing accounts, coordinating travel, and ensuring accurate inventory and compliant shipping processes.

You will travel up to 75% of work time, meet KPIs, and develop strong relationships with customers while handling ad hoc projects and reports. A high level of independence and organization is required in a remote work setup.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 4 years of industry or equivalent experience.
• Experience delivering superior service to multiple accounts in a multi-city territory.
• Proficient with computers and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve accounts in an assigned territory and coordinate service events.
• Maintain Pharma Dispatch compliance and accurate inventory records.
• Package products and coordinate shipping with FedEx/UPS.
• Meet or exceed KPIs based on service quality and productivity.
• Communicate with stakeholders and build strong customer relationships.
