Inizio Engage is seeking a performance-driven Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative for the Las Vegas area. You will engage primary care physicians and other healthcare professionals, delivering clinical information and product details to drive demand and sales growth.

The ideal candidate may come from any industry with a proven sales success record; pharmaceutical experience is not required. A valid driver’s license and ability to travel are essential as is comfort with technology and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
Comfort with technology and virtual engagements.
Willingness to travel up to 20% and overnight travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Drive demand through clinical selling and education to targeted Physicians.
Establish and develop strong relationships with healthcare professionals (MDs, NPs, PAs, RNs).
Deliver sales messaging and product information to targeted offices.
Meet or exceed activity and sales targets.
Complete administrative tasks daily and maintain accurate records.
Comply with company policies including compliance and ethics training.
Collaborate with geographic partners to optimize coverage.
