Job summary

Sharp Packaging Services in Allentown, PA seeks a Facilities Mechanic to maintain a 320,000 ft2 cGMP environment across multiple buildings. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems, and you will guide vendor partners to ensure reliability.

The role requires 5–8 years in MEP trades, biopharma experience preferred, and a willingness to work extended hours to support operations.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in facilities/mechanical trades.
• Biopharma experience in a cGMP environment is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with BAS equipment and controls is preferred.
• Well-versed in preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance of industrial equipment, especially HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain a large multi-building facility (210,000 ft2 warehouse and 320,000 ft2 production buildings).
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Maintain building automation and fire life safety systems.
• Troubleshoot root causes and document work in the CMMS system.
