Sharp Services, LLC is seeking a Mechanic I for the 3rd shift in Conshohocken. The role focuses on setup, maintenance, and operation of high-speed packaging equipment and requires strong troubleshooting skills to support manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities include mechanical diagnostics, preventative maintenance, data logging, and training of Operators. The position operates in a cGMP environment with adherence to EHS guidelines and cross-department collaboration.

Formación

• High school diploma required with at least 4 years of industrial automation/packaging experience.
• Desire to learn new systems and expand knowledge is mandatory.
• Experience supporting mechanical operations in a cGMP environment is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair machine breakdowns with maintenance and engineering teams.
• Operate packaging equipment to support daily operations.
• Train and develop Machine Operators and new mechanics.
• Log data into process check sheets and maintain records.
• Perform preventative and on-demand maintenance and document activities per procedures.
• Coordinate with Operations and Quality teams as needed.
