Job summary

Langham Logistics Inc. is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift (3:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m., Monday–Friday) in Easton, PA.

The role supports a high-compliance environment, performing preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and cleanroom systems within a cGMP facility. You will document all work in the CMMS, assist with upgrades, and ensure audits remain readiness.

Qualifications

• Education: HS diploma or GED; technical certifications preferred.
• At least 1 year in industrial, warehouse, or facilities maintenance.
• cGMP familiarity or experience in regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
• Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks to minimize downtime.
• Document findings in CMMS and support facility upgrades and shutdowns.
• Maintain cleanroom infrastructure and ensure cGMP compliance.
