Job summary

PCI Pharma Services in Bedford, NH, is hiring a Supervisor, Facilities Maintenance Specialist to lead the GMP maintenance team in support of 24/7 operations and cGMP compliance.

You will oversee preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, train staff, and collaborate with QA, Manufacturing, EH&S, and IT to ensure safe, efficient facilities.

The role requires 3 years of GMP experience and an AS/BS degree; excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 24/7 GMP maintenance activities to keep facilities operational.
• Train junior staff in facilities maintenance and safety procedures.
• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance and work orders.
• Coordinate shutdowns for PM, projects, and facility mods.
• Review cGMP documentation and support CAPAs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with QA, Manufacturing, EH&S, and IT.
• Monitor equipment performance and drive continuous improvement.
