Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5 years hands-on maintenance experience, familiarity with cGMP requirements, and the ability to read drawings and work with Maximo to document PMs and work orders.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or equivalent; vocational certification.
• At least 5 years of hands-on maintenance in facilities or lab.
• Experience with cGMP in pharma R&D work.
• Proficient with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of National Electric Code and safety procedures.
• Ability to read architectural/mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot HVAC, gas boilers, chillers, water systems, and controls.
• Perform preventative maintenance and document in Maximo.
• Support capital projects and direct external contractors.
• Adhere to safety and environmental rules and procedures.
• Maintain instrumentation and electrical controls.
