Job summary

TalentBridge seeks a Facility Engineer in Englewood, CO, to support facility engineering operations, capital projects, utilities, equipment, and infrastructure within a highly regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

The role requires strong cGMP/FDA experience, project management skills, and collaboration with Production and Quality to ensure facility readiness for manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facility engineering management in a cGMP/FDA environment.
• 2+ years in an aseptic processing facility (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of cGMP guidelines and pharmaceutical standards.
• Bachelor's degree; engineering/technical degree preferred.
• Demonstrated project management experience.
• Experience with capital projects and GMP-regulated spaces.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and utilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Expertise with MS Project, Outlook, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Facility Engineering activities, including systems, utilities, equipment, and infrastructure.
• Support and manage capital projects, facility modifications, upgrades, expansions, and equipment installs.
• Coordinate performance inspections of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, boilers, and mechanical systems.
• Manage site activities for facility and capital project execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for safe, compliant projects.
• Ensure operations comply with OSHA, cGMP, FDA and other regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Maintenance to develop preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensure engineering, project and maintenance documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Partner with Production and Quality to ensure facility readiness for manufacturing.
• Support vendor management and third-party contractors for facility projects.
