This entry-level role performs scheduled preventive maintenance on production equipment while collaborating with seasoned maintenance staff to ensure reliability and minimize downtime. The candidate will follow GMP guidelines, document activities in CMMS, and develop skills in mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance in a regulated pharmaceutical

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year maintenance experience in manufacturing/industrial settings or completed maintenance-related training.

Responsibilities

• Report to shift supervisor and receive preventive maintenance work orders.
• Perform scheduled PMs on production and support equipment.
• Prioritize tasks to minimize downtime and support startup schedules.
• Complete PMs accurately within deadlines and maintain zero-overdue status.
• Follow GMP and safety policies; document activities in CMMS systems.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance staff.
