Job summary

System One Clinical & Science is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to drive capital projects at a Bethlehem, PA site. You will oversee mechanical equipment and process installations from concept through startup in a regulated API/pharma environment.

The role requires seven-plus years in engineering/project management, strong ownership of capital projects, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams while managing budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Mechanical preferred.
• Strong background in engineering and project management within regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital and technical projects at a GMP-regulated site from concept through closeout.
• Manage scope, budgets, schedules, resources, risks, and vendors with executive reporting.
• Lead projects involving pumps, reactors, vessels, piping, and utilities.
• Prepare capital requests, cost estimates, business cases, and approvals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Maintenance.
• Support GMP change controls, qualification, validation, and startup procedures.
