Job summary

JCW Group in the Greater Allentown area is seeking an experienced Project Manager who will own capital equipment and technical projects from day one, shaping scope, budget, and approach for a pharmaceutical manufacturer.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Engineering (Mechanical preferred), 7+ years in engineering and project management within regulated manufacturing, and PMP/ PMI certification preferred. Visa sponsorship is not available; the role is on site in Allentown, PA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) required.
• 7+ years of engineering and project management experience in API pharmaceutical, specialty chemical, petrochemical, or other regulated process manufacturing.
• Demonstrated experience leading capital projects through full lifecycle within GMP-regulated facilities handling hazardous or regulated materials.
• Hands-on experience with rotating and static process equipment (pumps, compressors, agitators, reactors, vessels, heat exchangers, columns, tanks, piping systems) is a huge plus.
