Job summary

Catalent's Greenville, North Carolina site leads pharmaceutical development and clinical manufacturing for oral solid dose products. The role focuses on safe, compliant, right-first-time execution and strong collaboration with Quality, Product Development, Project Management, Supply Chain, and Facilities.

Onsite Monday–Friday, this supervisory position requires active team leadership and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field.
• Experience in pharmaceutical development, clinical manufacturing, or production.
• Proven leadership in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise development and clinical manufacturing activities.
• Lead daily production execution with proper documentation and data integrity.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and performance support to the production team.
• Coordinate with cross-functional site teams to meet timelines and client commitments.
• Ensure readiness of manufacturing suites, equipment, materials, and documentation.
• Support deviations, investigations, CAPAs, and compliant execution.
