Job summary

Catalent Pharma Solutions in Greenville, NC seeks a Laboratory Team Leader to guide a team of 3–6 scientists and lab personnel on site. Qualifications

• Bachelor/Associate/Master/PhD degrees in a science field with applicable pharmaceutical analytical chemistry experience.
• Leadership/mentoring experience preferred, including coaching and development of team members.
• Experience ensuring cGMP compliance and regulatory documentation as part of laboratory work.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a team of 3–6 scientists and lab personnel on site.
• Provide coaching, training and mentoring to direct reports.
• Lead quality and safety initiatives, ensuring SOP adherence and compliant documentation.
• Oversee analytical work according to procedures, troubleshoot instrument and method issues.
• Manage projects and liaise with internal/external clients and CMOs.
