Job summary

Catalent’s Greenville, North Carolina site is a major oral solid dose development and manufacturing campus offering end-to-end solutions. The Filling Technician will perform filling and packaging activities, equipment setup and changeovers, and documentation with strict adherence to cGMP.

The role requires hands-on experience in a regulated environment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift 40 lbs. It is a 100% onsite, Monday–Friday position in Greenville, NC.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with 5+ years of pharmaceutical manufacturing or packaging experience.
• Experience in regulated environments with batch records and logbooks.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and in-process requirements.
• Capable of lifting 40 lbs and pushing/pulling over 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform filling and packaging activities per batch docs, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Set up, operate, change over, clean, and maintain packaging equipment.
• Support various packaging and filling technologies as needed.
• Identify abnormal conditions and escalate safety, quality, or compliance issues.
• Complete and verify batch records, logbooks, and documentation per cGMP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safe, efficient operations.
