Job summary

Omnicare Pharmacy in Red Bluff, CA is seeking a part-time Delivery Driver to transport prescription orders and related items to long-term care facilities and patients' homes. You will operate a company vehicle, follow scheduled routes, and uphold patient confidentiality with a strong customer service focus.

No professional driving experience is required, but prior driving roles in hospitality or transport are welcomed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Geographical knowledge of service area.
• Flexibility required.
• Nights and Weekends.
• Current, valid driver’s license in the state at the level required for the vehicle’s operation.
• Ability to drive for long periods of time.
• Customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prescription orders and/or products to customers on a predetermined route and schedule in a company provided vehicle.
• Load products/materials. Ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Maintain vehicle and report maintenance issues.
• Comply with Federal, State and Local laws and HIPAA for patient confidentiality.
• Provide friendly, professional service to customers and support team efficiency.
