Job summary

Planet Pharma is seeking a Content Review Operations Specialist / Project Manager to drive production, own the schedule and scope, and coordinate handoffs across the studio. You will be the main contact for brand marketers and managers, acting as the operational partner to our Creative Director, Art Directors and Designers.

This hands-on role keeps work moving, protects the team’s time, and ensures everything is prepared for MLR review.

Qualifications

• 5+ years PM or account management in healthcare/pharma advertising
• Direct experience managing pharma content through MLR
• Familiarity with FDA/OPDP promo requirements
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
• Clear, organized communication with creative teams

Responsibilities

• Intake requests and create briefs, timelines and resources
• Oversee day-to-day production across concurrent projects
• Manage project status, priorities and capacity
• Serve as main contact for brand marketers/managers
• Coordinate MLR submissions and review cycles
• Route assets through Veeva and distribution channels
• Flag risks and resolve scope/timing issues early
• Help refine studio workflows, templates and reporting
