Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals seeks a Director of Content Development & Deployment to scale content operations across global brands. You will lead a cross-functional team responsible for content infrastructure, MLR processes, and rapid, compliant content deployment.

You will manage budget and resources, shape strategy, and partner with brand and regional leads to ensure timely, compliant content delivery while driving continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, digital, healthcare, technology or related field.
• Experience in regulated content governance and medical/clinical review processes.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and scalable content operations.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern a scalable centralised content operating model (Content Factory).
• Lead and develop Team Leads; oversee MLR Ops and Content Factory teams.
• Manage budget, resources and set team vision aligned with Jazz objectives.
• Partner with Activation Leads to ensure stakeholder readiness and adoption.
