Job summary

Chiesi USA in Cary, NC is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to lead executional, derivative, and maintenance work for assigned brands within a regulated environment.

You will manage promotional assets, campaign updates, field tools, digital tactics, and review-ready deliverables from intake to completion, partnering with product managers, agencies, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-scope, on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, life sciences, or related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, healthcare marketing, or regulated environment.
• Experience with promotional material development, PRB/MLR review, campaign execution, field materials, digital tactics, or multichannel marketing.
• Experience working with agencies, freelancers, and cross-functional execution partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of brand initiatives including emails, digital content, sales materials, campaign updates, and other promotional assets.
• Manage projects from intake through delivery, including scope, requirements, stakeholder alignment, approvals, timelines, risks, and closeout.
• Translate Product Manager direction into deliverables and elevate decisions related to strategy, messaging, claims, prioritization, or budget.
• Facilitate project status meetings, drive accountability, and resolve issues impacting timing, quality, scope, or budget.
• Ensure all deliverables align with approved strategy, brand standards, compliance requirements, and business objectives.
