Strive Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmaceutical Content Compliance Manager to lead the review of marketing, educational, and communications materials for regulatory and internal policy alignment. This remote role collaborates with Compliance, Clinical, Marketing, Brand, Sales, and Legal to provide risk-based guidance and scalable solutions for compliant communications across all channels.

Qualifications

• PharmD required.
• 2+ years of experience in pharmacy compliance or regulatory affairs.
• Experience reviewing marketing or regulated content.
• Strong knowledge of USP <795>/<797>/<800>, FDA/FTC advertising rules, HIPAA marketing requirements.
• Ability to translate complex regulations into practical guidance.
• Experience educating non-compliance teams and influencing outcomes.
• Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and improve content compliance policies, SOPs, workflows, SLAs and controls.
• Review claims, substantiation, disclosures, and ensure regulatory language is accurate.
• Interpret FDA/FTC guidance and apply HIPAA marketing requirements in content.
• Provide timely guidance on regulatory risks and monitor enforcement trends.
• Attend cross-functional meetings as compliance liaison for assigned departments.
• Develop training materials and language guides for compliant content.
• Maintain auditable repository of content reviews and decisions.
• Track KPIs (review volume, cycle time, first-pass approval, SLA adherence).
• Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Clinical and Marketing on risk and disclosures.
