• The candidate is a fully certified pharmacy technician with 10+ years’ experience.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Represents Wolters Kluwer Content Operations professionally and client-focused.
• Researches, acquires, and surveils pharmaceutical product information to support content development.
• Performs content entry, verification, formatting, and editing of drug-related data per standards.
• Ensures content accuracy, consistency, and completeness per industry standards.
• Submits work for peer review and incorporates feedback.
• Manages priorities to meet deadlines and quality targets.
• Uses document management systems and workflow tools to support processes.
• Identifies issues and suggests workflow or data handling improvements.
