You will coordinate scheduling with stakeholders, update drawings with the CAD team, monitor progress against specifications, and draft change controls with Quality.

BS in Engineering and 5–7 years in pharmaceutical engineering projects and industrial construction management are required; strong written and verbal

Qualifications

BS in Engineering or related field.
5-7 years experience in Pharmaceutical Engineering Projects and Industrial Construction Management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Extensive knowledge of Change Controls and GMP manufacturing practices.

Responsibilities

Daily on-site Construction Management for multiple projects – monitor construction contractors for PPE and safety compliance, and handle day-to-day construction questions.
Coordinate with stakeholders to schedule construction activities and communicate outages to affected parties.
Redline drawings for as-builting and work with CADD group to update TOP package docs.
Ensure construction work proceeds on schedule and meets drawings and project specifications.
Draft change controls with Quality to gain stakeholder alignment.
Gather pricing and assist with scoping upcoming projects.
Coordinate with vendors to specify and gather budgetary pricing for new equipment; setup spare parts and maint plans in SAP.
