Zoetis in Lincoln, NE, seeks a manufacturing operator to join a collaborative team. You will operate pharmaceutical compounding equipment, document all activities, and maintain accurate records throughout shifts. The role demands teamwork, attention to detail, and strict adherence to SOPs.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, basic math and mechanical skills, and comfort with SAP and Windows tools. Overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required, with health benefits starting day 1.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to meet physical demands.
• Math skills and the ability to apply general math concepts.
• Experience with SAP transactions or PC-based record-keeping is a plus.
• Proficiency with Windows-based applications and basic hand-tools usage.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and adherence to cGMP/SOP standards.

Responsibilities

• Record keeping and documentation of timecards, batch records, and logbooks.
• Operate production equipment such as blenders, dryers, and granulators; set up and disassemble equipment.
• Follow SOPs and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP); maintain housekeeping and dress code.
• Apply safe manufacturing practices, PPE, lockout/tag-out, MSDS interpretation.
• Read instructions, identify anomalies, and escalate when necessary.
• Understand production flow, storage locations, and terminology; communicate with peers and supervisors.
• Perform PC-based tasks including SAP transactions and BMS activities.
• Possess basic mechanical understanding and the ability to use hand tools.
