Qualifications

• Degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Food Sciences, or related field is required.
• Experience in pharmaceutical and/or nutraceutical manufacturing or ingredients/products is required.
• Analytical leadership and self-starting initiative are essential.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to bridge commercial and manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support to optimize pharmaceutical and nutraceutical color, flavor, and coating excipients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve performance issues.
• Support customer plant trials, production runs and troubleshooting activities.
• Conduct trials to identify and resolve customer process challenges.
• Support new formulations and product development projects.
