Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics in Wisconsin is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations, ensure the production schedule is met, and guide staff across shifts in a cGMP environment. You will monitor output and quality, initiate corrective actions with QA, maintenance, and engineering, and train operators on processes, equipment, and safety protocols.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of production experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of production experience.
• Strong communication, time management, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and wear a respirator.

Responsibilities

• Ensure schedules are followed and staff meet the production plan.
• Monitor output and quality; initiate corrective actions with QA and maintenance.
• Maintain equipment operation and cGMP compliance; prepare rooms for inspection.
• Coordinate operators and back-up to supervisor as needed.
• Develop and train staff on production operations and cGMP.
• Review Batch Production Records and related paperwork; ensure accuracy.
• Lead investigations with QA and drive CAPAs.
• Oversee procedural revisions and training across shifts.
• Label products properly and monitor inventories.
• Assist in process development, scale-up, and transfer to production.
• Contribute to equipment upgrades and qualification/requalification.
