Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a hands-on Shift Production Leader to join the operations team. You will act as a key member of the shift leadership, coaching operators, coordinating daily schedules, and ensuring processes run efficiently in aseptic production, finished assembly, and packaging areas.

The role requires at least an associate’s degree with 2+ years manufacturing experience, preferably in pharma, and experience with SAP and LIMS systems.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; pharma manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience in aseptic production and coaching on operator technique.
• Lean/Six Sigma exposure or certification preferred.
• Strong written and presentation communication; adult training methods a plus.
• Proficient computer skills: MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint; SAP; novoLIMS.

Responsibilities

• Serve on shift production leadership team and provide operations support.
• Coordinate daily schedule with Work Cell Leaders and support groups.
• Coach and mentor team members on technique, behavior, and mindset.
• Execute process confirmation and implement improvements to quality and compliance.
• Resolve issues related to e-time, PRISM, and SAP; enforce safety requirements.
• Manage operator development planning on shift.
