Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• At least 10 years in pharmaceutical or related industry.
• At least 5 years managing CMOs and/or projects in a regulated environment.
• Strong English communication skills (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Safeguard and control processes for receiving products from CMOs.
• Escalate issues within BI management when needed.
• Drive continuous improvement at CMOs with target setting and performance reviews.
• Support sourcing and finance in setting up supply contracts.
• Maintain close contact with CMOs and ensure smooth information flow.
• Manage launch or lifecycle projects with CMOs.
• Organize projects with BI stakeholders, set goals and timelines.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
