Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Healthcare & Life Sciences Solutions Architect to shape our global HCLS strategy and design industry-specific cloud architectures. You will partner with healthcare and life sciences leaders to accelerate AWS adoption and address business challenges.

A day involves building AI/ML prototypes, leading architecture reviews, and guiding HIPAA-compliant deployments on AWS for health systems and pharma clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience.
• 4+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience.
• 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience.

Responsibilities

• Build prototypes, proofs of concept, and demonstration assets showcasing AWS capabilities for HCLS use cases.
• Educate customers on AWS value, participate in deep architectural discussions, and conduct enablement sessions.
• Serve as a technical liaison between customers, service engineering teams, and support, sharing best-practice knowledge.
