Job summary

WPP Production Health Studios seeks a Client Partner to manage end-to-end project delivery for pharmaceutical clients and agency partners. You will own planning, execution, and delivery across multi-channel content, coordinating with offshore hubs and internal teams to ensure timely, compliant assets.

You will maintain strong client relationships, provide proactive updates on risks, and drive project budgets while traveling 2–3 days per week to NJ/PA offices in a hybrid model.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on, client-facing account and/or project and delivery management experience within advertising or marketing communications.
• Proven experience managing complex omnichannel campaigns (digital, social, print, video) from start to finish.
• Experience working in (preferably large) agencies on significant accounts.
• Demonstrated experience working with multi-disciplinary teams across remote offices, including offshore production teams.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets and provide accurate financial updates.
• Availability to travel to the Titusville, NJ or Horsham, PA Offices on a 2-3 times a week on a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall project delivery for a dedicated group of clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all project-related stakeholders.
• Triage incoming work, develop sound implementation plans, and lead the execution of complex content and production projects from inception through to completion.
• Coordinate with offshore production hubs and internal teams to ensure efficient workflow, clear priorities, and accurate timelines.
• Oversee the entire production lifecycle to guarantee timely delivery of high-quality, compliant omnichannel assets.
• Serve as the main communication link with clients and their agency partners, providing proactive updates on project considerations, risks, and dependencies.
• Act as a proactive problem-solver, escalating issues as needed to senior management.
• Maintain fiscal integrity across all assigned projects, preparing accurate budget updates.
