Job summary

WPP Production Health Studios seeks a Client Partner to connect pharmaceutical clients, agency partners, and production hubs. This hands-on, client-facing role will own end-to-end coordination and delivery of multi-channel content projects.

The position requires meticulous planning, stakeholder management, and timely delivery of compliant assets, with travel to Titusville, NJ or Horsham, PA on a 2-3 day on-site hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years of client-facing account and/or project management experience in advertising/marketing communications.
• Proven experience managing digital and omnichannel campaigns from start to finish.
• Agency background with large accounts is preferred.
• Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams across remote offices, including offshore production teams.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets and provide accurate financial updates.
• Willingness to travel to Titusville, NJ or Horsham, PA 2-3 times weekly on a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall project delivery for a portfolio of clients and act as the primary contact for all stakeholders.
• Lead planning and execution of complex content and production projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with offshore hubs and internal teams to ensure efficient workflow and accurate timelines.
• Oversee the production lifecycle, including regulatory review and QA for compliant omnichannel assets.
• Maintain strong client and agency partner relationships and provide proactive updates on risks and dependencies.
• Monitor budgets and contribute to account health.
