Job summary

VML, part of WPP, is seeking a Freelance Program Manager – Pharma to oversee delivery for a dedicated group of pharma clients in a NYC hybrid environment.

You will partner with internal Process and Project Management teams to drive delivery across clinical, CLM, CRM and 360 campaigns, serving as the primary contact for client leadership and internal teams. Travel and stakeholder management are key to success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in project and delivery management in advertising or marketing.
• At least 3+ years managing technical digital projects and 360 campaigns in Pharma.
• PMP certification is a plus and Agile experience is preferred.
• Experience with large global accounts in agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-brand delivery projects and act as primary client contact for stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, or improve processes within VML and for clients.
• Oversee relationships with client IT, business leaders, license owners, and contribute to new proposals.
