Job summary

Quva is seeking a Production Technician I – Prep/Clean Room Support to join our Bloomsbury, NJ site on a full-time, 2nd-shift schedule. You will assist in cleanrooms, formulations, ILP, and compounding, handling materials with precise procedures and strict GDP practices.

The role requires aseptic gowning qualification, a ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and adherence to sterile environment rules. Quva offers benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Able to successfully complete a background check.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Familiar with mobile devices (smartphones/tablets).
• Willing to follow sterile operating environment rules.
• 18+ years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support cleanrooms, formulations, ILP, and compounding.
• Assist in preparation, transportation, labeling, production, and processing of materials.
• Daily/weekly/monthly cleaning of rooms and equipment per standards.
• Maintain aseptic gowning qualification for cleaning.
• Complete documentation for accountability and traceability per GDPs.
• Manage FEFO of chemicals and prune expired items monthly.
• Document activities per established procedures.
• Perform sterile filter integrity testing as required.
