Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Indianapolis is seeking a Project Expeditor to drive timely delivery of equipment, materials and documentation on major pharmaceutical capital projects, interfacing with Procurement, EPCM, Engineering and Construction to align with the project schedule.

You will identify risks, drive recovery actions, and support milestones from fabrication through commissioning and qualification, with a strong focus on long-lead items and critical-path activities, supported by dashboards

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management, Business or related discipline.
5+ years' experience in procurement expediting, project controls, supply chain, or capital project delivery.
Experience with large-scale industrial/pharma/manufacturing projects and understanding of EPCM environments.

Responsibilities

Monitor and expeditely purchase orders, vendor commitments, and material deliveries against project schedules (procurement & delivery management).
Develop expediting trackers for critical/long-lead equipment and review supplier manufacturing schedules.
Interface with Project Controls to ensure procurement aligns with project schedule and governance.
Produce procurement dashboards and track supplier performance & recovery actions.
