Job summary

ESFM USA seeks a Capital Project Manager - Pharmaceutical Manufacturing to lead capital expansion projects within a pharmaceutical facility. You will oversee initiatives from concept through design, construction, commissioning, validation, and handover to operations.

In this role, you will manage scopes, schedules, and budgets, ensuring GMP compliance and coordination with QA and Validation teams. Strong cross-functional leadership and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience managing capital projects in regulated manufacturing.
• Experience from concept through construction, commissioning, qualification, and handover.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple capital expansion projects from facility mods to new manufacturing areas.
• Define scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and execution strategies.
• Ensure GMP, QA, validation plans, and regulatory alignment.
• Coordinate design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and qualification activities.
• Manage safety, quality, and minimize disruption to operations.
