• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related technical discipline.
• 7+ years of experience managing capital projects in regulated manufacturing environments.
• Experience managing facility expansion, manufacturing equipment, and process systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple capital expansion projects from conception through handover.
• Develop scope, schedules, budgets, and execution strategies.
• Establish governance, milestones, deliverables, and metrics.
