Job summary

Zeta Inc. is seeking a Project Developer to craft technical concepts, process solutions, and engineering deliverables during early project phases for pharmaceutical and biotech clients.

You will translate client requirements into practical engineering packages and collaborate across process, mechanical, automation, and electrical teams. The role emphasizes FEED support, multidisciplinary design coordination, and adherence to GMP expectations in regulated facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in chemical/process/mechanical/electrical/biotechnology engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of engineering and/or project execution experience in pharma/biotech/life sciences.
• Experience in conceptual design, basic engineering, project development, proposal engineering, or FEED activities.
• Familiarity with GMP-regulated environments, hygienic design expectations, and regulated facilities is preferred.
• Strong understanding of process engineering principles and manufacturing facility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual and basic engineering solutions for pharmaceutical, biotech, and life sciences.
• Translate client requirements and URS into practical project concepts and scopes.
• Coordinate with process, mechanical, automation, electrical, fabrication, and delivery teams during development.
• Support FEED activities and early-phase project development, ensuring alignment across disciplines.
