As a Consultant/Senior Consultant, you are expected to manage onshore/client communication and mentor a team of analysts, designing and implementing analyses on patient level data or similar datasets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering.
• 3–5 years of pharma/life sciences consulting experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Adherence to client data privacy and compliance.
• Knowledge of transactional data assets (Rx, volumes/value, longitudinal data).

Responsibilities

• Communicate results to clients and team members.
• Develop client relationships and serve as project contact.
• Understand business objectives and build models with measurable outcomes.
• Design validation strategies and data augmentation pipelines.
• Train models, tune hyperparameters, and deploy to production.
• Interpret data and present insights with Excel/PPT.
