Job summary

Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, is seeking a Scientist II, Analytics - Product Development for our pharmaceutical client in Corona, CA. You will provide analytical support for product development programs and help advance the development and approval of generic drug products for U.S.

and international markets. This role involves analytical testing with HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FTIR and Karl Fischer, method development and validation, data management, and collaboration with internal teams, CROs and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a science-related field required; advanced degree preferred.
3–6 years of relevant professional experience; 1 year in pharmaceutical R&D preferred.
Strong knowledge of analytical chemistry principles and techniques; GMP/GDP familiarity.

Responsibilities

Perform analytical testing of raw materials, in-process, finished products, and stability samples.
Develop, validate, verify and transfer analytical methods (HPLC, GC, etc.).
Document testing per GDP and regulatory requirements; manage data and reports.
Collaborate with CROs/CMOs to meet timelines and communicate results.
Maintain laboratory equipment, quality systems, and compliance programs.
