Job summary

Yoh Services LLC is seeking a Scientist III, Analytics – Product Development in Corona, CA to provide advanced analytical support for generic drug development. The role includes method development, data interpretation, and regulatory documentation, working with CROs and CMOs to ensure timely project delivery.

The ideal candidate has extensive pharmaceutical R&D experience, strong analytical chemistry expertise, and familiarity with FDA/ICH guidelines and cGMP/cGLP requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biological Sciences, or related field.
• 5–10 years of Pharmaceutical R&D experience with demonstrated accomplishments.
• Extensive hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FTIR, Karl Fischer and related instrumentation.
• Experience with analytical method development, validation, verification, and technology transfer.
• Familiarity with FDA/ICH, cGMP/cGLP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform analytical testing with limited supervision and communicate results on time.
• Test raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and stability samples using appropriate methods.
• Develop, evaluate, validate, and transfer analytical methods (HPLC, GC, etc.).
• Document testing and studies following GMP and data integrity practices.
• Operate instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FTIR, and Karl Fischer.
• Prepare study plans, protocols, and reports; review data for regulatory submissions.
• Support regulatory documentation and QC data management activities.
• Collaborate with Product Development teams, CROs, and CMOs to meet timelines.
