Job summary

CareerUS Solutions LLC in Washington, DC seeks a Senior Consultant for Healthcare and Life Sciences to drive AI-enabled consulting with Fortune 100 clients. You will lead programs spanning Clinical, R&D, and Real World Data analytics, leveraging GenAI and cloud engineering.

You will partner with interdisciplinary teams, shape delivery, contribute to practice growth, and mentor junior staff while traveling to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years leading Pharma projects for Fortune 100 companies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and internal stakeholders.
• 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, AI, or Generative AI solution development.

Responsibilities

• Drive multiple AI/GenAI programs for Fortune 100 client accounts.
• Translate Clinical, R&D, and Real World Data questions into analytics use cases.
• Lead proposals, client presentations, and business development initiatives.
• Collaborate across consulting, AI, engineering, and design teams.
• Ensure delivery excellence and high client satisfaction.
