Clutch Creative is seeking an ACD, Copy with pharmaceutical advertising experience for a remote engagement in the United States. Lead editorial direction for clinical content and develop breakthrough concepts that translate complex mechanisms into compelling brand stories.

You will oversee brand messaging across lifecycle stages, ensure clinical accuracy, and collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver award-winning work. Strong leadership and MLR expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• 6 years of copywriting experience within a pharmaceutical advertising agency.
• A strong portfolio showcasing pharmaceutical campaigns and multichannel work.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Science, or related field.
• Expert-level understanding of MLR approval process and fact-checking.

Responsibilities

• Lead editorial and conceptual direction for pharmaceutical brands and clinical content.
• Create breakthrough creative concepts translating complex data into compelling brand stories.
• Ensure copy remains clinically accurate and strategically positioned across lifecycle stages.
• Partner with ACD, Art to guide cross-functional teams and high-impact work.
• Lead senior-level client presentations defending directions and outcomes.
• Mentor junior copywriters and develop the department's output.
• Navigate FDA/MERL processes and compliant communication strategies.
