Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years pharma advertising agency experience required.
• Knowledge of general agency process and pharma terminology.
• Proficiency with Veeva PromoMats strongly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; some digital experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide tactical support to Account Management and cross-functional teams on pharma clients.
• Traffic assets and coordinate across traditional and digital channels.
• Prepare meeting agendas, reports, and client communications.
• Communicate client direction clearly to internal teams (creative, media, analytics).
• Support positioning, brand strategy, and market development activities.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to align commercialization strategies.
• Assist with project briefs, deliverable reviews, and campaign reporting.
• Create PowerPoint presentations and compile client reports.
• Develop case studies and maintain ongoing client contact through all project stages.
• Work closely with project managers and attend client meetings as needed.
• Travel to client sites or events as required.
