Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth across a multi-state Pittsburgh/Harrisburg/Lancaster region. The role involves engaging with key decision makers, presenting business proposals, and executing strategic account plans to meet targets.

You will navigate hospital systems and pharmacy departments, promote our portfolio, and leverage data to identify opportunities while maintaining compliance and credentialing across the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years of related sales experience, preferably in pharma/med devices.
• Proven consultative selling skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen and professionalism.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong presentation skills.
• Ability to travel frequently (80%); valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Achieves sales objectives, drives growth, builds new business.
• Accesses key decision makers at multiple levels within customer org.
• Develops relationships across hospital systems and pharmacy departments.
• Analyzes territory data to identify opportunities and set priorities.
• Manages account plans and launches new products/programs.
• Educates customers and provides timely follow-through after interactions.
• Maintains credentialing and compliance with policies and vendor requirements.
