Job summary

SynBio seeks a Pharmaceutical Sales Rep – Primary Care (Entry level and/or Specialty) to drive brand awareness, business development, and client acquisition. This full-time role supports managing a portfolio, healthcare contracts, and staff training as you advance within the campaign.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in sales or customer service, with a proven track record of meeting goals, excellent communication, and strong organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year working in sales or customer service.
• Proven record of meeting sales OR customer satisfaction goals.
• Capable of identifying, winning, and retaining clients.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Finding/engaging new clients and subsequently retain them for the long-term
• Becoming a medical and pharmaceutical expert for your client base
• Working with clients and helping them make the right decisions regarding their medical agreements and healthcare cost management needs
• Developing and maintaining healthy, long-term relationships with clients and suppliers
