Job summary

Qualifications

• Level 3: 5+ years of work‑related experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering or similar course of study.
• Experience supporting stabilization and improvement in manufacturing.
• Experience supporting defense and/or aerospace customers.

• Conduct workflow design and analysis to enhance operational efficiency and improve quality.

Position Overview: As an Industrial Engineer, you will apply industrial engineering concepts and techniques to optimize products, processes, and services in alignment with program requirements. You will develop plant layouts, capacity plans, and workflows while evaluating new technologies for integration into production and service operations.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience)

Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.

2+ years of work‑related experience with a Bachelors Degree OR an equivalent combination of work‑related experience and technical education.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience)

Level 3 5+ years of work‑related experience with a Bachelors Degree OR an equivalent combination of work‑related experience and technical education.

Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering or similar course of study

Experience supporting stabilization and improvement efforts in a manufacturing setting

Experience supporting defense and/or aerospace customers

Experience working closely with manufacturing assembly line technicians – helping support their efforts
