Job summary

You will work with PGA TOUR players, members, and guests to ensure a smooth experience, assist with staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and staff development.

Bachelor’s degree required; three to five years in golf operations; PGA apprentice or member in good standing; salary range $45,000-$50,000 with benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Three to five years of progressive golf operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing golf shop operations and staff.
• Support PGA TOUR players, members, and guests to ensure a seamless experience.
• Help with labor planning, budgeting, and program development.
• Contribute to coaching and player development programs.
