Job summary

Arcwood Environmental is seeking a PFAS Product Manager to lead incubation, commercialization, and scale-up of PFAS services and treatment solutions. You will own the portfolio roadmap and align commercial, technical, regulatory, and executive stakeholders to accelerate growth.

You will translate market opportunities into offerings, pilots, and repeatable operating models, driving profitability and readiness for market rollout across a nationwide footprint.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in product management, commercialization, business development, strategy, consulting, or complex program leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without relying on direct authority.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, project management, and executive communication capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the PFAS service and treatment portfolio roadmap from concept to scale.
• Evaluate market opportunities, customer needs, and regulatory developments to set growth priorities.
• Develop business cases, pricing frameworks, and go-to-market plans for PFAS offerings.
• Lead cross-functional teams across sales, operations, technical, regulatory, finance, and partners.
• Coordinate pilot programs, demonstrations, and early customer deployments.
• Build partnerships with technology providers, equipment suppliers, engineering firms, installers, and channel partners.
