APTIM seeks an experienced PFAS Project Director/Manager to drive growth in PFAS remediation. You will collaborate with in-house experts to leverage PFAS capabilities on existing contracts and to win new opportunities with Federal and private-sector clients, including airports and water systems. Office/location is flexible.

Ideal candidate has 15+ years in program/project management, with 3 years in BD, strong PFAS knowledge, and proven marketing skills to expand our PFAS portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific or engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressively more responsible Program or Project Management experience, including 3 years in business development.
• In-depth PFAS knowledge and related Emerging Contaminants.
• Proven track record in client marketing and development on PFAS/Emerging Contaminants projects.
• Strong written, verbal, and proposal/presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Function as seller-doer and build long-lasting client relationships.
• Understand PFAS regulatory trends and translate them into opportunities.
• Develop business development strategies to meet client needs.
• Support Capture Managers with Task Order bids and lead PFAS captures.
• Communicate risks to leadership and project teams.
