Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) is hiring an Associate Chemist to prepare and analyze environmental samples, focusing on PFAS analysis and LC/MS. The role requires English proficiency, a chemistry degree or related experience, and US work eligibility.

Qualifications

BS or BA in Chemistry or related field, Associate Degree, or 2 years of related laboratory experience in lieu of degree.
Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including reading, writing and speaking English.
Authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship

Responsibilities

Performs routine lab tasks to gain familiarity with methods and programs.
Preparation of samples using standard techniques.
Performing chemical analysis using standard techniques.
Evaluation and quantification of data.
Recording and reporting data and any unusual test occurrences to the supervisor.
Performing routine instrument maintenance.
Maintain training documentation and QC samples.
Document NCMs for projects with quality issues.
Work under supervision with routine methods.
Follow safety and QA standards.
